Embracing sustainability and embracing local design principles alongside innovative tropical architecture, this $200 million project aims to harmonize with its natural surroundings seamlessly. A striking feature of the design will be a multi-story screen, mirroring the iconic silhouette of the Sleeping Giant Mountain range, a breathtaking sight upon arrival in Fiji. Functioning as a green screen, it will be adorned with lush tropical vegetation, extending to form a canopy above an expansive open-air atrium, evoking the immersive sensation of being ensconced within a verdant rainforest. The integration of various pools and water features, including lazy rivers with a serene lagoon ambiance, will further enhance the project’s connection to its lush tropical setting, promising a tranquil and immersive experience for visitors.
