Peter Rankin the director and lead architect at AAPiDesign, has fashioned a tropical island retreat that epitomizes luxury and functionality. Central to the layout is the seamless integration of living, dining, and kitchen spaces, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Embraced by lush surroundings, the outdoor dining area offers an idyllic setting for enjoying meals amidst nature’s beauty. Adjacent to the living areas, a pool and plunge pool provide a refreshing retreat from the summer heat, serving as serene sanctuaries for relaxation. Privacy is ensured, with each of the two king master bedrooms featuring its own plunge pool and outdoor shower. Additionally, two master bedrooms offer luxurious accommodations, each boasting outdoor showers for added comfort. A secluded courtyard dedicated to the bunk room provides a tranquil haven for younger guests. Practical features like owner storage ensure convenience and orderliness, while the grandeur of the main entry sets a tone of sophistication for residents and visitors alike. With its meticulous design and upscale amenities, this residence exemplifies contemporary luxury, showcasing Peter Rankin’s creative vision and AAPiDesign’s commitment to excellence.
